In this busy world, it has been important  to be fit to run with the world. Don't you think so?

There are actual benefits of regular exercise. People with high levels of physical fitness leads to lower risk related to our fitness risks. So I will be going to share some common and simple tips with you guys how to be fit in life, even if you have a lazy nature too.






There are some proved report about this topic that Exercise enhances sleep, weight gain prevention and also reduces the risk related to high blood pressure and so on. Physical activity doesn't necessary to result. There are chance that by going to gym and spending your one or two hours there and doesn't meet your expectation.
So lets Move on to another step for drastic change.
There are steps i will be going to discuss with you.😃









  • Avoid Period of inactivity.
  • At-least  twice a week, supplement aerobic exercise with weight - bearing           activities that strengthen all major muscle groups.
  • Exercise at moderate intensity for at least 2 hours spread over the course of  each week.




  • So that was who is very much fitness consciousness. Let move to those people who are little lazy to take care of their Health and body. I would be going to give some tips which is easy and effective:
    • Maintain you daily routine means strict control over your Diet.
    • Meditation can make your feel positive and will reduce your laziness and from distraction .
    • Games like swimming, football, tennis and so can help to burn you fat and make your health and mind fit.
